This Shiraz was blended from grapes harvested from our own vineyards. The nose is rich in spicy fruitcake and raisin aromas with subtle hints of chocolate and cinnamon. This well balanced wine has an intense palate of dark berry fruits. Ideal as an accompaniment to any gourmet red meat dish. Although very appealing now this wine will develop over the next 2 years.

The palate is gently weighted and beautifully rounded with attractive fruit flavours and smooth texture, elegantly structured by fine tannins. Well balanced and flavoursome, and very friendly" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit.
