Grapes were direct pressed with little skin contact ensuring a bright colour. The juice was split into two batches before fermentation with half the batch fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures maximizing the fruit expression. The second half was fermented in French oak barrels adding complexity and spice to the wine.
Mid straw in colour with aromas of white peach and nectarine. A vibrant palate with fruit flavours followed by a hints of oak. A clean palate with a well-rounded elegant finish.
