Chloe here! Sound familiar? You may recognise me as I've been a professional chatterbox at Vineonline for some time now! I started in the Customer Care team back in 2019 but was soon poached to join the Vine-Advice team. My favourite thing about being a Wine Advisor is that every conversation is different, just like tastebuds! I'll always go out of my way to recommend drops to best suit your personal tastes and encourage you to try something new. I love a good chat about wine (or life) and am always up for a laugh.

Hello, I'm Fernanda, I grew up between Mexico and the USA and have been living in New Zealand for the last 7 years. I love travelling, music, languages and food. (Plus wine of course!) Before working at Vineonline, I worked in the hospitality industry for many years. I enjoy connecting with my customers and getting to know them well, so I can help them find something they absolutely love.

Hi I'm Hilton, but most people call be Hiltz. I've been around the block a few times and have been learning about wine & spirits since way back. I have level 1&2 qualifications in WSET & the London Guilds Bar but my what I am most proud of is my time working as a team leader with Cellarmasters in Sydney Australia. If you asked someone 'Hey, what's Hitlz like?' They'd probably say that I love 1) My family 2) Food & wine and 3) My culture -In that order!

A personal Wine Advisor is free of charge, you'll receive a call or email from them every once in a while or how ever frequent you would like to help place your wine order.
They are here to give you VIP specials and case deals, with expert advice you know what you'll be receiving has been highly recommended. If you don't need to order, that's not a problem either!
