Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes this off-dry sparkling is elegant, refined and well-balanced. The palate has layers of creaminess with underlying honey, meringue and grapefruit notes, resulting in a fine persistent mousse.

Pairs well with fruit and cheese tarts such as pear and blue cheese or fig and goat cheese. The wine's acidity and effervescence complement the sweet and savory flavors of the tarts.
