Tasting Notes - Palate | Blanc de Blancs means white of whites and refers to the 100% Chardonnay grapes that make this champagne so creamy, smooth and full bodied. It's also made from Grand Cru vineyards (the top ranking for vineyard sites in France), in this case the grapes were grown on vineyards in the villages of Avize and Ogier in the Côte des Blanc. A rich in style and a harmonious lengthy finish is a true winner for us. |
