Mumm Meets New Zealand
When France meets New Zealand in Champagne, it's the best of both worlds. French heritage mixed with the Marlborough climate is what has brought the beautiful range of Mumm Terrior to our tables.
The exceptional Mumm Terrior Brut Prestige and Mumm Terrior Rosé are both used with the classic Champagne techniques as Maison Mumm but with a twist of our New Zealand climate.
Mumm meets Central Otago
Mumm is one of the most highly recognised and popular Champagne houses around the world and when the innovative Maison looks to create a new Blanc de Noir, Central Otago was the chosen region to do so.
A first time collaboration with the breathtaking Central Otago region in New Zealand saw Mumm create an exceptional sparkling that celebrates the uniqueness of the region with emphasis on the cool climate and surrounding mountain ranges which are the best conditions for growing immaculate Pinot Noir.
Mumm Blanc De Noir
Tasting Notes:
The beautiful Mumm Blanc De Noir shows generous aromas of citrus fruits and apricot mixed with sweet pastry and dried fruits. It's glorious!
The palate shows a very strong finesse with absolute structure and strength of a Central Otago Pinot Noir. This is a nicely balanced drop ending with magnificent tension and finesse.
