A Californian great. white pepper and sage mixed with pomegranate and cranberry greet you on the nose.

Palate

The Roman Zinfandel from Marietta is a breadth of darkness with flint, tobacco leaf and orange zest. Grippy and clean on the mouth, with chalk and almond shining through. Not your typical Zinfandel but added dark chocolate and crushed mint leads into a dry and textural tannin for a long and refreshing finish.

Serving Suggestions

A great wine for many food choices, we recommend a charcuterie board that includes cured meats, cheese, and nuts.
