A mid ruby colour with scents of musky lavender, savoury clove and cardomon spices flow freely.

Palate

This Grenache Shiraz Mataro exudes the best elements of the three varietals while typifying the unique style of the region. Chalky tannin drive the palate but layers of lush red berry, stalky tang and generous miso notes fill out the mid palate. There are many layers but the three varieties that are constantly evolving in the glass.

Serving Suggestions

It is ideally enjoyed with flavoursome red meat such as venison.
