AromaEnjoy a rich gold in colour with aromas luring of orange peel, cinnamon, dark chocolate and raisins. PalateLongmorn is incredibly sweet and weighty Speyside spirit and takes robust cask seasoning well. This was a bit of an experiment whereby we have elevated the softer fruitier notes through 18 months secondary maturation in an ex-Sauternes Wine barrique and the heavier dark fruits from a further 6 months finishing in an ex-Oloroso Sherry cask to create a very special dram.
