Aroma

The Wolftrap white blend shows a very attractive nose that is filled with ripe lemons, yellow apple and a nuance of warm spices.

Palate

A breathtaking palate will greet you of 34% Viognier, 33% Chenin Blanc and 33% Grenache blanc. Spices of clove and nutmeg mixed with peach, fresh pineapple and citrus are present. A smooth and very focused mid-palate with a medium to full-bodied wave. Enjoy integrated acidity with a subtle touch of oak giving it great balance and to finish, enjoy an extra punch of lemongrass and angelica for a fresh finish.
