Aroma

A warmer vintage provides aromas of ripe red berry, plum, sweet cake.

Palate

Full bodied and savoury mostly Tempranillo red wine with 10% Graciano wine grapes giving the wine more freshness and acidity. The palate has compliementing notes of spice, savoury and herb like flavours. Oak is also well-integrated.

Serving Suggestions

Pairs well with wild rice stuffed Cornish game hens.
