Deep crimson purple in colour, a cascade of wild blackberries, ripe blueberries and oozing with back forest cake aromas which are framed by hints of Indian spice.

The palate is rich and ripe, with dense layers of blackberries and christmas cake. These flavours are then enveloped in soft, juicy, ripe tannins. A flavourful drop that goes down a treat.

Perfectly pairs with red braised pork belly or falafal wraps with hummus, tomato, cucumber and tabouli.
